ProPhone – Privacy Policy

ProPhone is a business softphone for users of ProCall call-center systems and ProPhone accounts. Accounts are created by an administrator; the app has no public sign-up. This policy explains what the app and our servers process and why.
Who is responsible
dialer.ba (Mustware), Bosnia and Herzegovina – contact: info@dialer.ba. If you use ProPhone through your employer's ProCall system, your employer also decides about the call data of that system.
What we process

Microphone and other permissions
The microphone is used only during a call and while you record a message. ProPhone does not use the camera, your contacts, your location or advertising identifiers. Notifications are used for incoming calls, missed calls and voicemail.
Who else receives data
- Apple Push Notification service and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging – only to deliver notifications (caller number / name of an incoming or missed call).
- Our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany, EU) runs our servers.
- When you sign in with a ProCall user, calls go through your organisation's ProCall system.
We do not sell data, do not show ads and do not track you across apps or websites.
Security
All connections are encrypted (TLS for signalling and the app API, DTLS-SRTP for call audio between the app and our server). Wrong passwords are limited and repeated attempts are blocked.
Your choices
- Signing out of an account in the app removes its data from the phone.
- You can delete your voicemail and messages in the app at any time.
- To delete your account and all data on our servers, ask your administrator or write to info@dialer.ba.
Children
ProPhone is a business app and is not meant for children.

We update this page when the app changes; the date above shows the last change.

dialer.ba (Mustware), Bosna i Hercegovina – info@dialer.ba. Ako ProPhone koristite preko ProCall sistema svog poslodavca, o podacima poziva tog sistema odlučuje i poslodavac.
Šta obrađujemo
- Korisničko ime i lozinka – za prijavu; na telefonu šifrovano, na serveru samo jednosmjerni hash lozinke.
- Brojevi, imena, vrijeme i trajanje poziva – za uspostavu poziva i istoriju; istorija ostaje na telefonu, propušteni pozivi na serveru 30 dana.
- Zvuk poziva – samo se prenosi u realnom vremenu, šifrovano; ProPhone ga ne snima.
- Vaše snimljene poruke i govorna pošta – na našem serveru; govorna pošta se briše nakon 60 dana ili kad je obrišete.
- Dostupnost i radno vrijeme – na serveru dok postoji account.
- Push tokeni (Apple / Google) – za buđenje aplikacije kod poziva i obavještenja.
- IP adresa i tehnički podaci veze – zaštita od zloupotrebe i otklanjanje grešaka, najviše nekoliko sedmica.
Mikrofon
Mikrofon se koristi samo tokom poziva i snimanja poruke. ProPhone ne koristi kameru, kontakte, lokaciju ni reklamne identifikatore.
Ko još dobija podatke
Apple i Google samo za isporuku obavještenja; hosting Hetzner (Njemačka, EU). Podatke ne prodajemo, nema reklama ni praćenja.
Vaši izbori
Odjava accounta u aplikaciji briše njegove podatke s telefona. Govornu poštu i poruke možete obrisati u aplikaciji. Za brisanje accounta i svih podataka na serveru obratite se administratoru ili na info@dialer.ba.
